
Vegan Ginger Loaf Cake
A hug in a cake form... need I say more?! This recipe is really easy & so so worth it!

What You'll Need:
275g plain flour
125g dark brown sugar
50g caster sugar
2tsp baking powder
4tsp ground ginger
1 tsp mixes spice
1tsp cinnamon
190 ml soya milk
60ml vegetable oil
100g golden syrup
4 cloves
How To Make It:
In a small saucepan gently heat the golden syrup, 50ml of soya milk & the 4 cloves.
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Add in the oil & remaining milk
Take the cloves out of the saucepan & pour the warm milk and golden syrup into the cake mixture
Combine well & pour the batter into a lined 2lb loaf tin.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 40-45 mins. Keep an eye on your load as you may need to foil in at 30/35mins!
Top tip - eat warm with a nice layer of butter
