Vegan Chocolate Tiffin

The easiest and chocolatiest treat that will please everyone!


200 grams bourbon biscuits (these are usually vegan but double check!)

200 grams dark chocolate

135 grams (¾ mug) of vegan butter/spread

4tbsp golden syrup

100g of raisins

Best dish size = 20cm x 20cm (but not essential)


Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water on the hob.

Crush the biscuits in a bowl/freezer bag (using a wine bottle to crush them does the trick quite nicely).

Add the biscuits, golden syrup and raisins to the melted chocolate & butter bowl. Mix together well.

Pour the mixture into a dish and leave to set in the fridge. (2 hours should be plenty)

Once the chocolate has set it's time to dig in!
