Amazing as a cereal, over yoghurt or smoothie bowls!
25g ground almonds
100g flaked almonds
75g sesame seeds
75g chopped brazil nuts
50g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
75g coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place the oats into a large mixing bowl and add all the other dry ingredients but not the raisins. Mix well.
Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat. Add to the dry ingredients and mix together until all the dry ingredients are coated.
Line two baking trays with baking paper and evenly spread the granola over them both.
Bake for 25 mins. Stirring the mix on the tray’s half way through will give a more even bake.
Once cooked add the raisins and then leave to cool before putting in a storage container.
