200g dark chocolate (vegan)
225g plain flours
175g caster sugar
100g soft brown sugar
2 ½ baking powder
110 ml veg oil
150ml plant based milk
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees c and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water on the hob.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.
Pour in the oil and plant based milk and mix together.
Once the chocolate has melted, add this to the mixture and stir well.
Pour the brownie mixture into a lined tin and bake in the oven for 35-40 mins.
Once baked, leave to cool for 10 mins before moving to a cooling rack.
