Your average pesto pasta bulked out with green veggies & tuna all made in 1 pot!
1 mug of fusilli or penne Pasta
1 mug of broccoli
¼ mug of frozen peas
½ an avocado
1 x 160g tin tuna
2 tbsp of pesto (or more/less if you fancy)
Place the pasta into a saucepan and cover it with boiling water.
Boil for 8-10 mins (depending on how cooked you like your pasta.) Adding a dash of oil can help prevent the pasta sticking together.
Once the pasta has been cooking for 2/3 minutes, add the broccoli to the pan of pasta and top up the water level so that all the food is submerged.
Then add the peas to the pasta & broccoli 3 minutes before the pasta has finished cooking.
Drain the pasta and veg using a sieve and place in a bowl.
Slice the avocado into chunks and mix into the pasta with the pesto and tuna.
& now it's time to eat...
