By purchasing goods from Greedy Pig Food you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We retain the right to modify these terms from time to time so please read regularly.

 

OUR PRODUCTS:

 

Our products are freshly baked and delivered straight to your door. They do have a perishable nature. Our brownies have a shelf life of up to 7 days if kept in an air tight sealed container in a cool dry place.

 

ALLERGENS:

 

Ingredients and allergens of each product are listed on each product page. We use GLUTEN and SOYA heavily in our products.We cannot guarantee that our products are nut free. We cannot guarantee these products are nut free. Please do contact us before purchasing if you have any ingredient/allergen questions or queries!

 

DELIVERY:

 

Our bakes are sent using the 1st class Royal Mail service. This service usually means our bakes will be with you within 2 business days. Due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. We will deliver your purchase to the address you provide and cannot take responsibility for failed delivery if the wrong delivery address is given at the checkout. Once goods have left our hands, we are no longer responsible for breakages and damages.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Once goods have left our hands, we are no longer responsible for breakages and damages. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our goods, we cannot offer refunds. You must be available to receive the delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the goods you ordered have been baked, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel your order!
